  5. It's usually when they're quiet when you have to worry.  I love the expression "who me, what did I do?"  So cute.

  6. Oh my goodness! I'm sure they were quite pleased with themselves. Is that your makeup on him? Really hope it's not magic marker!

  7. It's paint.  Sigh...but crayola washable.  It came off very easily.

  8. I think he was so happy she wasn't picking on him (like she normally is by dinner time) that she could have done anything, and he would have been pleased.

  12. Oh my. He is indeed very pretty! How long did it take you to wash it all off?

  20. Oh my goodness, I'm so glad you maintained your composure , I would have been screaming. :) He does look adorable. She did a good job! I see her with a job in cosmetics.

  21. She likes make-up, though her current favorite is "jewelry store lady".  We play in my jewelry box, and she calls me "my dear" in the funniest accent you've ever heard.

  22. In order to appease the karma gods, I will have you know that I only use washable paint in my house.  It probably would have been harder to get off make-up.  So it wasn't quite the disaster it may have immediately seemed.

  23. All of the pink is likely on her actual painting ;)

  25. Aw, thanks!  (Only moms immediately go for the camera in that situation and not the Excedrin.)

  26. OH MY! That is so cute, funny, sad, wrong, and a whole mess of other words and emotions I just cannot name. Mostly, I think someday you'll love showing them this picture and telling the story and others like it just to watch the reaction it gets, bonus points if you show potential dates. =P Thanks for sharing, I so needed that laugh.
