Last week we managed to coordinate a time to take the kids to see Katelyn at Jessica and Donnie's house. It shouldn't be hard to get them together but with a bunch of different naptimes, things don't always work out. Katelyn and Abbey talk about each other all of the time. I hear about how Katelyn is Abbey's friend, and Katelyn says similar things.
You would think they would run into each other's arms when they finally saw each other. However, in the strange world that is Toddler Town, it takes them a while to warm up. By the time Jill got there to pick up Katelyn, they were finally circling in the same orbit at least. Jessica and I later joked that we need to make their playdates about six hours long to actually get some playing happening!
