  7. Needless to say, that's a classic in our house. Every few weeks there is a reference to either "fra-gee-lay" or the Bumpus' dogs. Classic!

  8. This looks like something my kids would do. Then they would break the lamp.

Where did you find that lamp?!! Seriously. My dad would die if I got him that. We makes jokes about that movie all the time.

  12. I love it. Well, I love that it's your lamp. Wouldn't be as funny at my house.

  13. (giggles)  It's not my house.  We bought that for my dad one year for Christmas, because A Christmas Story is one of our favorite family movies that we watch during the holidays.

  14. One time she said to me, "You know YOUR leg at Grandma's house?  The lamp leg?"  MY leg!!???  Where she got that idea, I'll never know.

  15. Have you ever seen A Christmas Story?  It's a mini version from a giant leg lamp in that movie LOL

  16. Isn't it funny?  I LOVED getting it for my dad.

  17. Yes!  (That's my parents' house.  We bought it for my dad.)  We got it at a little gift shop by my house, but I think you can find it lots of places now.

  18. I don't think it's breakable.  It's pretty much plastic LOL.

  22. It's all about appropriate home accessories, right?  Although I bought it for my parents, so it is my fault :)

  23. Fragile?  Or the lamp?  I'm sure the lamp is made in China.

  24. Then you might laugh even more that for some reason Abbey thinks that is MY leg!  She'll say, "You know, your leg lamp at Grandma's house??"  Because I wear oh so many fishnets and can can skirts.

  25. LOL.  Thanks.  I think it's a hilarious picture.  My mom took it when they had the kids overnight a few weeks ago.

  26. Wellllll, I don't have it.  It's my Dad's.  We bought it for him one Christmas, because we love that movie so much.  He is hard to shop for, and that was the best gift I have ever found (or will ever find) for him.

  27. Isn't it funny?  She is pretty fascinated by it.
