Dylan has become quite the proficient roller. Unfortunately, he is still only going from back to tummy. I say unfortunately, because he will roll onto his tummy all of the time and then get irritated when he can't roll back. We spend a lot of time playing on the floor, so that I can play with him and with Abbey at the same time, so this can be a bit of a problem. I am sure he will be able to roll from tummy to back in no time, and then he'll be on the move!
Tonight, before bed, Dylan and I were leaving Abbey's room as usual. I said, "Goodnight, love you!" and Abbey blew a kiss and said, "I love you Dylan." It melted my heart and made yesterday's practically sleepless night fade a little in my memory. (And thank you to my mom for letting me take a nap on her couch after play group today. I think all of us slept, which was much needed and quite refreshing.)
