Grandma Sharon and Grandpa Don bought a new toy for their current and future grandchildren. Since Abbey is their only current grandchild, she is going to have a monopoly on the bike for a little while. Even though it was raining a little when we visited, Grandma let Abbey try her new toy out inside until it was clear enough to go outside.
Abbey was a really lucky girl this week. She is visiting Grandma Sue & Grandpa Ray each week, and when she went to their house this Wednesday, she had a new toy there, too! No wonder she likes visiting with her grandparents so much.
Even the seat belt coordinates with Abbey's outfit (courtesy of Grandma Sharon, not Radio Flyer.) Radio Flyer obviously didn't have Abbey in mind when designing the bike without a safety strap. She sometimes decides she wants off the bike and basically would jump off without the belt.
She insisted that her little dinosaur ride with her.
